The first phase of the leadership training programme was conducted successfully on 25th of May 2019. With the aim of nurturing vision and empowering the V-Force generation, a V-Force leadership training program was held at the auditorium of The Capital Maharaja Organization Limited head office. The event was graced by the world-renowned mountaineer Elmo Francis. Several practical activities also took place in line with the event. Many youth leaders including university students and students of the Maharaja Institute of Management, participated in this program.
